Childbirth preparation course-Hypnobirthing €450

What you will receive from me:

This course consists of 4 classes
The physiology of childbirth, how our body works during childbirth.
The psychology of childbirth, how hormones play and how they help or hinder the birthing process.
Practical tools, information with evidence and resources to live this experience in the best possible way. Here we will work on the Birth Plan and class for the couple.
You will have audios and materials.
An accompanied visit to your midwife to present the birth plan.

Bonus:

Class on postpartum, the great invisible of the whole process, you will learn what will happen and what resources you have to go through this new stage.

Class on Breastfeeding, although we have the instinct and naturally the breasts produce milk, breastfeeding is learned and you will have all the information about it and how to establish a successful breastfeeding.
