Everything you need to know about booking a photographer in the Netherlands.

When should I book my photographer?
Birth: in your second trimester, I am on call from week 38. Newborn: during your pregnancy. Family sessions: 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Weddings: 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for summer dates.

How much does a photographer cost in the Netherlands?
Family and maternity sessions start at €295, newborn sessions are €295, the Birth Story package is €1,195, weddings start at €750, tulip sessions at €195 and Christmas sessions at €195. All prices include VAT.

What's included in your photography packages?
Every session includes edited photos in a private online gallery, and a short behind-the-scenes clip as a gift. You can add a highlight video for €95, or an album.

When do I receive my photos?
Within 6 weeks. I edit every photo by hand. Christmas sessions are delivered within 2 weeks.
05.
What is documentary photography?
Real moments, as they happen. No staging and no forced poses. Just your people, your emotions and your story, kept exactly as it was.
06.
Do you speak Spanish and English?
Yes. Sessions can be in English or Spanish, and I understand some Dutch.
07.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I am based in Zoetermeer and work in The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, Amsterdam and around. Travel within the Netherlands is included.
08.
Can you be my doula and my birth photographer?
Yes. My doula packages include about 80 birth photos as a gift. Or you can book the Birth Story package as photography only.
