The terms and conditions apply to my photography services as well as to my doula services and breastfeeding counseling.

The information will be provided by you, we will come to an agreement of date and time. You will sign the contract and pay for the reservation. You can contact us if you have any questions before your photo session. I will only answer the phone at any time if it is a delivery.

I will come to your home, hospital, or event location. Prices include transportation from my location up to 40 kilometers away. You must pay transportation costs beyond my coverage (0.30 x kilometer) and parking fees.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your photography session date and time. The full balance for your session must be paid 24 hours before the shoot or the same day.

The work will be delivered within 15 days after the end of the event. There may be small delays due to the amount of work involved.

Delivery of photographs and any prints or USB's will be made once the work is completed and the invoice is canceled. Files will be sent to you in a gallery and download format. Wetrasnfer and pixieset will be used.The sending of physical pictures or usb will be done by Post NL.

The retouching of the photographs is based on lights and shadows. You can see the portfolio and expect the same treatment on your photos.

I don't use filters, I use professional programs for video and photo editing, where I give unique colors that make my style of photography unique.

Katherine Monge is not responsible for accidents that happen during the session. She is also not responsible if the amount of photos is not fulfilled due to natural reasons such as bad weather, people, or children that are not photographed. If there is any problem or a sick person it is better to reschedule your session.

A retainer of €50 & signed contract are required to reserve your date and is non refundable. However, the above stated retainer will be applied to the total cost of your package.

The non refundable retainer is a fee that retains the photographer’s services for your scheduled session date that the photographer has turned down other work for.

You can make a change two weeks in advance for regular sessions and one month in advance for Weddings and Births. If it is due to illness you can cancel and hopefully reschedule within 3 weeks. If you do not show up for our appointment or do not respond on time, the booking fee will be compensation for lost time as I could have had another session in your place.

Deliveries have priority, that's why I only accept one per month. If you have a session and call me for a delivery we will postpone our appointment.

If this situation occurs, the photographer will send another qualified professional.

The photographs belong to Katherine Monge Photography. Copyrights are protected under European Copyright Lawa nd CANNOT be reproduced, cropped, or altered in any way. Client hereby waives any claim of ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. Without permission, the photographs may not be used for publication, sale, or other uses. I appreciate the mention when you publish the photographs on your personal social networks.

Images are edited at the discretion of the photographer (Monge Photography), and images submitted may not include all images taken. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and publish only those he/she deems to be of professional quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. All images released are high resolution JPEGs. RAW files are not released.

Due to the lack of information about how long flash drives can hold information, Monge Photography recommends that clients back up images to media formats are other than flash drives, such as an external hard drive or the cloud. It also recommends making multiple copies of the images on the flash drive to secure the images for years to come. Monge Photography is not responsible for the failure of flash drives due to mishandling. It is the customer's responsibility to keep multiple copies of any flash drive in more than one location and to back up images to another format, such as a hard drive.

After you receive your images, Monge Photography archives the photos for a total of one year. If you lose the copy of the images, there is an archival fee of $150 to have a gallery of your images uploaded so you can download the digital.

If Monge Photography or its assigns cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike, or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness, then Monge Photography, shall return any monies paid by the client, fewer expenses, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, compact flash card malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on the part of Monge Photography.

In the extremely unlikely event of severe personal illness or other extreme acts of nature beyond the control of Monge Photography, which precludes the photographer from performing the duties of coverage Monge Photography will attempt to arrange for a substitute photographer of high qualification, per client approval of the said photographer. The client and Monge Photography, both assume the risks and dangers of the photographer's travel and if the extremely unlikely event of a last-minute Act of Nature or travel disaster occurs while Monge Photography, is en route to the event, the photographer will refund the client all monies paid, less the retainer.

I offer support and education in the areas of childbirth and lactation. My services are non-medical and meant to complement, not replace, medical advice from licensed practitioners.

I will come to your home, hospital, or event location. Prices include transportation from my location up to 30 kilometers away. You must pay transportation costs beyond my coverage (0.30 x kilometer) and parking fees.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Full payment is due before or at the time of service unless previously arranged.

Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations might incur a fee.

I prioritize client confidentiality. All personal and medical information shared remains private and secure, unless the release of this information is required by law or with client consent.

As a doula and lactation consultant, we provide educational, emotional, and physical support. We do not perform clinical or medical tasks and do not offer medical advice.

Clients should provide all relevant health information, attend scheduled sessions, and communicate needs and concerns promptly.

While I aim to provide exceptional service, we are not liable for any complications or outcomes beyond our control.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from unforeseeable events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other "acts of God".
